Our Story

Formally known as Kingdom Cleaning & Janitorial Services, Inc., Kingdom UP was founded and established in 2017 by President and CEO Stephanie Onyeayana. Kingdom UP, Inc. is licensed, insured, and a bonded commercial cleaning service. As a Small, Woman-owned, and Minority-Owned Business (SWaM), Micro, MBE, WBENC and WOSB certified business, Kingdom UP has been providing expert cleaning services for over five years. In 2021, Kingdom Up diversified into the MRO industry product division (Maintenance, Repairs & Operations). We have continually expanded our services while updating our methods and procedures to serve our clients with the best quality services possible. 

Our Management Team

Our leadership team has a wealth of experience in the cleaning and supplies industry, and we continually strive to inovate to provide the very best for our customers. Our mangament team and staff work dilligently to expand our services and products to meet the ever-changing needs of the establishments we serve.


Stephanie Onyeayana

Stephanie is a graduate of Old Dominion University, with a degree in Business Administration. She brings over 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry previously employed with Norfolk Public Schools as a custodian supervisor and teacher assistant and now an entrepreneur in her own company. 

She is dedicated to bringing inspiration to today’s workforce one business at a time. Stephanie was inspired to start this business out of her desire to serve others and create jobs in her community.  She is a firm believer of Jesus Christ. She is a Notary Public commission in the state of Virginia. Her inspiration is to build relationships that would have a community and global impact by creating jobs and resources. When she is not working in her passion she enjoys spending time with her family, friends and traveling.

Area Supervisor

DeBorah Moyler

Deborah is the Area Supervisor at Kingdom Up, Inc. which allows her to display her diligence, DeBorah is the Area Supervisor at Kingdom Up, Inc. which allows her to display her diligence, work ethic, skills and determination that sets her apart from others. She maintains staffing, facilities and manages inventory while handling other custodial requirements. With only two years of experience in the commercial cleaning industry and many years supervising DeBorah is the GO-TO staff. She has a “I CAN DO” attitude that pushes her to get the job done right the first time!

DeBorah was born and raised in Norfolk, VA. A mother of two beautiful daughters and lending a hand as a loving grandmother to help raise two beautiful grandchildren. DeBorah’s motto personally and professionally is that in order to succeed in life you must be willing to do whatever it takes and go the extra mile.


It’s her determination and no-nonsense attitude that have led clients and employees to affectionately calling her “Miss DeB The Hammer”. Her commitment and beliefs in our clients and employee’s success is instrumental in helping people to reach phenomenal levels that they didn’t dream possible. She will not stop until you go “all the way”!
